Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the mobile game Paper 3: Territory Battle (the "Game") published on Google Play by Malikoglu ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Game, or use cheats, bots or modified versions of it, except where such restrictions are not permitted by law.
3. Age
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should have permission from a parent or guardian, especially before making purchases.
4. Virtual items
The Game contains virtual items such as coins, gems, characters, skins, chests and power cards ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items can be earned by playing, by watching optional reward videos, or bought with real money. Virtual Items are licensed to you for use in the Game only: they have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money or goods, and cannot be transferred or sold to other players. Chest contents are random; the drop rates are shown in the Game (Shop → Chests → ?).
5. Purchases and refunds
In-app purchases (for example "Remove Ads", gem packs and bundles) are sold and processed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in the Game and in the Google Play purchase dialog before you confirm. Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy. "Remove Ads" removes the ads shown automatically after matches; optional reward videos you choose to watch remain available. If you reinstall the Game, use Settings → Restore purchases to restore "Remove Ads".
6. Ads
The Game is free and is supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you can review your ad consent at any time in Settings → Your data → Ad privacy choices.
7. Redeem codes and promotions
We may publish promotional codes that unlock Virtual Items. Each code can be used once per device, may expire, and has no cash value.
8. Your progress
The Game works offline and stores your progress only on your device. We have no account system or game servers, so progress lost by uninstalling the Game, clearing its data or changing devices cannot be recovered by us. Purchased "Remove Ads" can be restored as described in section 5.
9. Player name
You may change your in-game player name. Please do not use names that are offensive, impersonate other people, or infringe the rights of others.
10. Changes and availability
We may update the Game (for example to add content, fix bugs or rebalance gameplay) and these Terms. If we change these Terms in a material way we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. We may stop offering the Game in the future; this does not affect Virtual Items already used.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer in the EEA and the UK.
